Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Specialist - Stakeholder Management to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across various departments and external partners, ensuring smooth project progression and organizational alignment.

  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies to support organizational goals and initiatives
  • Manage complex stakeholder issues using advanced techniques and procedures
  • Conduct regular stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers, their interests, and potential impacts on projects
  • Create and deliver presentations to various stakeholder groups, effectively communicating complex information and project updates
  • Maintain and organize stakeholder-related documentation on enterprise content management systems
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and facilitate effective communication between different stakeholder groups
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder management tools and databases to track interactions, commitments, and action items
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to stakeholder management, escalating issues to senior management when necessary
  • Contribute to the development of stakeholder management best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent stakeholder messaging and alignment with overall organizational strategy
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder management or related field
  • Advanced skills in stakeholder management and engagement
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and complete tasks within specified timelines and budget constraints
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in conducting stakeholder analysis and developing engagement strategies
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating stakeholder-related risks
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management systems and stakeholder management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional meetings and facilitate effective communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with a customer-focused approach
