Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Officer/Specialist to drive business growth within the textile manufacturing sector. The role focuses on identifying new markets and clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding revenue opportunities locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for textile manufacturing products and services
  • Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close commercial agreements
  • Coordinate with production, commercial, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
  • Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Support management in strategic planning and expansion initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong exposure to textile manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of textile products and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong market analysis and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
