Position: Business Development Senior Specialist(QATARI National)

The Business Development Senior Specialist is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth for the organization. Business Development Senior Specialist will play a key role in driving growth and competitiveness for Aspire Zone and will work closely with the Business Development leadership team, sales and marketing team, and other stakeholders to achieve business development goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market research:
    Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and staying up to date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Lead generation:
    Generating leads through networking, cold calling, and other tactics, and developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Sales and marketing:
    Supporting the sales and marketing function and ensuring that strategies and tactics are aligned with business goals.
  • Customer relationship management:
    Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers and ensuring that customer feedback is collected and analyzed to inform product and service improvements.
  • Proposal development:
    Developing proposals and presentations to support the sale of products and services and negotiating contracts and agreements with potential customers.
  • Reports to the Director of Business Development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, develop proposals, and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Lead and manage events hosting and venue commercialization.
