Role Summary
Aubay UK is seeking a PMO Analyst to support programme governance, reporting, coordination, and tracking activities.
Candidates open to relocating to Qatar are preferred. Remote candidates must travel to Qatar for 2 weeks every 6 weeks.
There is potential for permanent conversion with the client.
Required Skills and Experience- Experience maintaining programme frameworks and documentation (e.g., SharePoint).
- Ability to track milestones, deliverables, KPIs and produce concise management reports.
- Strong project coordination: meetings, agendas, minutes, follow‑ups.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to support cost and resource tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience in trading, energy, or complex operations.
- Prior exposure to front-, mid-, and back-office environments.
- Familiarity with PMO tools or dashboards.
- Experience supporting senior programme stakeholders or PMs in high‑pressure environments
