We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join Qatar Airways Cargo’s Revenue Optimization Team in Doha as a Cargo Revenue Integrity Officer
. You will support the revenue integrity team in ensuring accuracy and compliance in cargo revenue processes by analyzing disputes and revenue adjustments from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and ensure prompt and accurate resolution of all disputes and revenue adjustments raised by customers or internal stakeholders in the system.
- Handle the waiver and write-off approval review process following authorization protocols.
- Develop, implement, monitor and review processes in line with increasing business complexity. Manage and influence internal stakeholders to safeguard revenue integrity globally.
- Conduct periodic assessments of systems and process controls, reporting any suspected leakages to management.
- Regularly monitor Early Warning Signal KPIs and dashboards to identify and address abnormalities during review.
- Support the development and implementation of Early Warning Signal tools and alert proactively to prevent revenue leakages from booking to payment receipt.
- Drive continuous enhancement and transformation of revenue integrity policies and procedures to detect, assess and reduce cargo revenue leakages.
- Collaborate with internal Cargo stakeholders to uphold compliance with revenue integrity protocols and evaluate revenue trends and risks across cargo segments.
- Aid in the design and implementation of a global revenue integrity framework, including waiver and approvals policies.
- Analyze bookings, tariffs and other charges to detect revenue leakages; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Contribute to the implementation of a revenue integrity KPI structure; provide guidelines and analysis for target setting and planning.
- Perform system testing if required for system enhancements or bug fixes.
- Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of job-related experience.
- Understanding of cargo business, rates/tariffs, TACT rules, cargo billing and revenue processes.
- Experience in the cargo industry (airline or freight forwarders) and preferably in a revenue-related unit.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and BI/statistical tools such as Business Objects and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and audit skills, including the ability to apply ethical judgment and evaluate risks that could lead to revenue loss.
