📋 What You’ll Get Your Hands On- Source and evaluate products and suppliers globally
- Request quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and build competitive proposals
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with foreign and local vendors
- Act as the main point of contact between suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and distribution of ready goods
- Monitor timelines to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery
- Maintain clear, organized documentation for projects, suppliers, and logistics
- Support internal operations to keep workflows efficient and scalable

- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or operations, especially with foreign vendors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and financial evaluation skills
- Solid understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain processes
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in corporate gifts, promotional items, or trading companies
- Familiarity with customs, freight forwarding, or international sourcing
- Experience working with customized or made-to-order products
- Knowledge of cost optimization and supplier performance tracking
