Job Vacancy:
Senior Administrative Accountant DOHA

We are seeking a highly professional Administrative Accountant to join our team in Doha.

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in Doha ( someone baste in Doha already)
  • Strong background in administrative and accounting functions
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external accountants
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses
  • Handle VAT-related documentation and filings (if applicable)
  • Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and administrative files
  • Support HR and management with financial and administrative reports
  • Ensure proper document control and record-keeping
  • Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and government entities when required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years' of proven success in client management
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
