We are seeking for Account Management Executive – Properties to support the Properties sales team by managing client accounts, coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring smooth communication with advertisers/real estate partners, and maintaining accurate client records. The role ensures high client satisfaction through timely follow-ups, service coordination, and strong internal alignment with operations, marketing, and finance teams.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage day-to-day support for assigned property client accounts (real estate agencies, developers, brokers).
- Support the sales team with client onboarding, documentation, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth execution of client packages including property listings, branding, and campaign requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client details, contracts, package status, and communication in the system/CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Content/Moderation) to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Assist clients with platform usage, listing updates, and resolving any account-related issues.
- Support renewal coordination by tracking expiry dates and ensuring clients are contacted on time.
- Prepare basic reports related to account activity, renewals, and client support performance.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely issue resolution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Strong attention to detail (listings, contracts, reporting)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Teamwork and cross-department collaboration mindset
- Professional email writing and follow-up discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or admin roles
- Experience in real estate, advertising, or digital platforms is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is preferred
