We are hiring a Strategic Planning & Operational Excellence Consultant to support one of our prestigious government clients in Qatar.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in strategy development, performance management frameworks, and business transformation initiatives within regulated or government environments.
You will play a critical role in shaping strategic direction, improving operational performance, and enabling executive-level decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks
, KPIs, and enterprise-level performance indicators - Design and deploy Balanced Scorecards and OKRs aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead strategic analysis initiatives (SWOT, PESTLE, Gap Analysis)
- Drive business process optimization and Lean initiatives
- Prepare executive dashboards, performance reports, and board-level presentations
- Support enterprise-wide transformation and PMO initiatives
- Align strategy execution with measurable outcomes and governance standards
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- 7–10 years of experience in:
- Business transformation
- Operational excellence
- Proven experience supporting Government / Public Sector projects in Qatar
- Strong exposure to strategic alignment tools and performance frameworks
- Experience working directly with senior leadership
🎓 Preferred Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Balanced Scorecard Professional Certification
