Rubix Studio is Qatar’s first corporate venture studio, operating as a hands‑on co‑building platform for early‑stage startups. We work at the intersection of venture capital, corporate innovation, and venture building, embedding startups directly within corporate environments to deliver real pilots, real customers, and real revenue.

Our focus is on pre‑seed, with a strong priority on B2B SaaS, AI driven products aligned with institutional and corporate demand across Qatar and beyond.

We are looking for a Head of Product (AI‑Native) to lead the product function across Rubix Studio ventures—from startup and product selection through co‑development, refinement, deployment, and user adoption.

This is a hands‑on role suited to a product‑oriented builder who can connect product thinking and engineering execution, and who is comfortable working in real enterprise and institutional settings. The role is essential to ensuring products are designed with scalability in mind and, once selected by the studio, are implemented, integrated, and effectively adopted by customers.

You will shape how products are defined, prioritized, co‑developed, validated, and rolled out, maintaining close alignment between venture objectives, partner expectations, and customer requirements.

Studio Director

Drive product evaluation during venture selection, working closely with founders and partner clients to assess feasibility, value potential, and deployment readiness. Translate customer and partner inputs into clear product definitions, roadmaps, and success benchmarks. Ensure each product addresses a validated problem and has a clear route to commercial validation.

Own the product journey from early product or MVP through to production rollout in customer environments. Ensure solutions align with real operational processes, security standards, and enterprise constraints. Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and users to move from MVPs to live, adopted products, iterating based on feedback and measurable business outcomes.

Contribute to and evolve shared product standards to shorten the time from product selection to deployment across studio ventures.

Products successfully selected and launched with customers. Shorter cycles from product selection to live deployment. Reusable product components leveraged across multiple ventures. Strong product adoption and high user satisfaction.

5+ years of experience in product management or product engineering, ideally within startups, SaaS, or applied AI environments. Demonstrated ability to deliver products end‑to‑end, from discovery through deployment. Strong technical literacy paired with sound product judgment. Experience working with enterprise or institutional customers is a strong advantage.

Clear product ownership with a strong customer lens. Results‑oriented and practical. Comfortable making trade‑offs. Curious, methodical, and biased toward execution, learning, and continuous improvement.
