Dieture is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to build and scale our complete revenue engine. As CRO, you will own all revenue-generating functions — from enterprise sales and strategic partnerships to pricing, retention, and go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine vision with hands-on execution.

, building repeatable GTM systems, and aligning teams across Sales, Growth, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate Dieture’s expansion across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute Dieture’s end-to-end revenue growth strategy.
- Own revenue targets across subscriptions, corporate plans, retail, and partnerships.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and expansion channels.
- Drive partnerships and enterprise sales with:
- corporates
- wellness platforms
- healthcare institutions
- Develop scalable sales processes, funnels, and conversion systems.
- Own contract negotiation, enterprise onboarding, and long-term account expansion.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to improve retention and lifetime value.
- Build revenue operations frameworks for predictable execution.
- Optimize pricing, packaging, and customer journey.
- Create strong revenue discipline while keeping Dieture’s wellness-first customer trust intact.
- Be part of the core leadership team shaping Dieture’s long-term strategy.
- Partner deeply with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align execution.
- Hire, mentor, and build a high-performance revenue culture.
- 10–18+ years in revenue/sales leadership roles (CRO, VP/Head of Sales).
- Experience scaling a startup or growth-stage business in:
- Lifestyle brands
- Strong expertise in partnerships + enterprise/corporate sales.
- Data-driven, outcome-oriented, but deeply customer-centric.
- Someone who can balance strategy + execution
