When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we’d be pretty surprised if talabat didn’t pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order in Kuwait in 2004, we’ve grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.
Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region with more than 3,000+ employees! Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q commerce concept, talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!

Job Description- Closely monitoring of DC performance and develop a deep understanding of the problems faced on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Work end‑to‑end on DC operations and mid‑mile—DC to stores and store to DC process.
- Set direction to improve operational performance while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement, whether by introducing automation or designing better processes.
- Develop a great understanding of the MSD system and adequately leverage its functionality in tmart DC operations.
- Drive the execution of these plans in collaboration with the country DC team.
- Closely work with DC team, Supply Chain, and store team.
- Develop SLAs and targets of various KPIs and align the local team.
- Develop various actionable dashboards with the analytics team.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Extremely organized and process‑driven.
- Analytical skill set demonstrated by advanced proficiency in GSheet, MS Excel, Data Studio.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Track record of getting things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across a set of stakeholders.
- Understanding of WMS system is a must; MSD system will be an advantage.
