Job Title:
Purchase Executive / Purchaser

Location: Doha, Qatar
Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, handling purchase documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The candidate will play a key role in optimizing cost, quality, and efficiency within the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end procurement cycle including PR (Purchase Requisition), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and PO (Purchase Order) processing
  • Source reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor database
  • Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and approvals
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on pending orders
  • Manage procurement documentation, records, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
  • Work closely with logistics and stores teams for delivery coordination
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Purchasing certification is an added advantage
  • Hands‑on experience with PR, RFQ, and PO processes
  • Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing and price negotiation
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience in delivery coordination and documentation
  • Qatar Driving License preferred
