Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to lead Classera’s business development and strategic sales in the training and upskilling sector across Qatar
, with a focus on both government entities and corporate clients
. This role is responsible for driving the adoption of Classera’s workforce development platform, digital training solutions, and skilling programs that support Qatar’s Vision 2030 goals and the digital transformation of national talent.
You will lead engagements with ministries, public agencies, state‑owned enterprises, and large private sector organizations to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Market Expansion- Define and execute a growth strategy for Classera’s training and skilling solutions in Qatar across the public and private sectors.
- Drive pipeline development and sales execution for workforce development initiatives, upskilling projects, and national capability‑building programs.
- Lead high‑stakes engagements with government ministries, civil service bodies, HR and L&D departments, and enterprise executives.
- Understand organizational learning challenges and design tailored solutions leveraging Classera’s training platform, content, certifications, and analytics.
- Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and presentations aligned with the client’s transformation and human capital goals.
- Navigate complex procurement processes, RFQs/RFPs, and government buying protocols.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in Qatar’s government and corporate sectors.
- Manage large strategic accounts and ensure continuous value delivery and renewal.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, including expansion into new departments, regions, or business units.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, content, and implementation teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Represent Classera at strategic events, exhibitions, government forums, and business councils in Qatar.
- Track industry trends, government policy updates, and national skilling initiatives to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 5–8 years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of closing large‑scale government or corporate deals.
- Experience in the training, EdTech, HRTech, or workforce development sectors is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Qatar’s national development agenda, including Qatar Vision 2030, and digital skilling mandates.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s procurement laws, tendering processes, and public sector contracting is a plus.
- Strategic selling and value‑based consultative approach.
- Strong public and private sector relationship builder.
- Able to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
- Results‑driven with strong forecasting and pipeline discipline.
