Lead Ancillary Sales Officer; Qatari National

About the Role

As the Lead Ancillary Sales Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Ancillary Services team in product development planning and project implementation across all QR sales channels. In addition, you will carry out ancillary products day‑to‑day operations and enhance current sales channel capabilities to generate incremental revenue to support commercial ancillary targets.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Apply a good understanding of airline commercial principles and analyze ancillary performance by product and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Apply a good understanding of the principles and concepts of Qatar Airways ancillary services process and procedures.
• Lead and manage third‑party opportunities and relationships.
• Evaluate and analyze new ancillary products or initiatives.
• Recommend technologies that meet Qatar Airways ancillary strategy; provide analysis, support, and strategic insights.
• Support delivery of ancillary products project implementation, roadmap (all connection options), monitoring against internal and external SLAs, as required.
• Provide proactive and constructive input to ancillary projects to maximize revenue and align with ancillary partners to translate this to ancillary strategy and implementation.
• Work directly with project managers, commercial marketing team, and digital marketing team to successfully implement key ancillary marketing campaigns.
• Perform other departmental duties as directed by the Head of the Department.
