Hiring Immediately – Procurement & Operations Coordinator (Doha)
Sadou Design is looking for a proactive and highly organized Procurement & Operations Coordinator to join our team immediately.
You will act as the key link between internal teams and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination, timely order processing, and efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate purchase requests from internal teams
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and follow up on orders
- Track deliveries and ensure timely execution
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, orders, and pricing
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow between departments
- 2–4 years experience in procurement, operations, or coordination roles
- Strong communication skills (clear, fast, and professional)
- Highly organized with strong follow‑up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Good knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation
- Experience working with local suppliers in Qatar
