Aamal Company Q.P.S.C., one of Qatar’s most diversified and fastest-growing conglomerates, is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will oversee daily business operations, manage departmental performance, and drive growth across the company’s commercial divisions.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability of business units.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with department heads to align operations with strategic objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision‑making.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and support teams to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of corporate operations and financial principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in business management software and tools.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary: QAR 15,000 – QAR 20,000 (based on experience).
