Senior Manager - Strategy & Transformation – Business Consulting.

As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in Business Consulting, you will be part of the team that helps clients solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational, and operational issues by architecting solutions for complex problems. The focus activities would be related translating strategy, redesigning operating models, transforming the operations and processes, and improving overall business performance.

You will be expected to define problems and hypothesize solutions, facilitate client discussions, and present proposed improvements, perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purpose and consolidate different findings to support implementation activities. Our consultants work expands beyond client work, as you would be expected to support on business development activities, proposal writing and knowledge building activities.

• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
• Foster, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships at appropriate levels
• Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected time frames and on budget
• Constantly developing your understanding of current strategy trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
• Understanding our clients' unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible.
• Develop people and create a positive learning culture through supervision, coaching, mentoring and performance management activities

• At least 8+ years of experience in the oil and gas sector
• At least three years of experience in management consulting leading projects on strategy design, target operating model design, process improvement and/or technology implementation
• Proven track record in sales and business development for consulting work
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills
• Strong drive to excel professionally
• A degree (graduate degree preferred) from a leading university in business, finance, or other quantitative discipline (e.g. engineering) is preferred but not essential.

• Experience related to Gas/LNG markets, marketing and trading, supply chain and operations in the oil and gas sector
