Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and procurement of spare parts, consumables, tools, and maintenance-related materials for facility management operations. The successful candidate will ensure timely procurement, cost control, vendor management, and inventory coordination to support uninterrupted maintenance activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or Technical Procurement is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/inventory management systems.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement of spare parts, consumables, tools, and maintenance materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with approved budgets and operational requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of critical stock items.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain an approved supplier database.
• Coordinate with FM and Finance teams to ensure cost control, invoice processing, and procurement reporting.

Preferred Certifications

• CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply)
• Procurement or Supply Chain Management Certification
