Role Overview
The Sr. Analyst, Corporate Development is a high-visibility, strategically critical role sitting within the Corporate Development Office. We are hiring two Senior Analysts who will share the same mandate — supporting the Group's strategic agenda and driving cross-vertical initiatives — but with distinct areas of focus. Both roles report to the Sr. Director, Corporate Development, and will report directly to the Holding CEO on an interim basis until the Sr.
Director is onboarded.
The ideal candidate brings 7–8 years of experience from a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or equivalent top-tier strategy practice, with a proven ability to operate in large, multi-sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities
Shared Mandate (Both Roles)
● Support the Corporate Development Office in executing the Group's strategic agenda across all five business verticals.
● Engage with senior business leaders and subsidiary management to drive Group-wide initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
● Prepare high-quality executive presentations and strategic briefings for the Sr. Director and Holding CEO.
● Coordinate with external advisors and Big 4 partners engaged on Group work streams.
Sr. Analyst A — Strategy, Business Planning & Modelling
● Lead the development and maintenance of the Group's corporate strategy framework, ensuring alignment across all verticals.
● Own the annual business planning cycle, coordinating inputs from subsidiaries and consolidating into Group-level plans.
● Build robust financial models and business cases to support investment decisions, new ventures, and strategic initiatives.
● Act as the custodian of strategic initiatives across the Group — tracking progress, flagging risks, and ensuring delivery accountability.
● Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic priorities.
● Benchmark Group performance against regional and global peers to support evidence-based decision-making.
Sr. Analyst B — Transformation, Change Management & Operations
● Lead and manage the delivery of Group-wide transformation programmes from scoping through to implementation and benefits realisation.
● Design and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes, structures, and ways of working across the Group.
● Identify operational inefficiencies across business verticals and develop structured improvement roadmaps to drive margin enhancement.
● Develop programme governance frameworks, progress tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms to ensure accountability and on-time delivery.
● Work with subsidiary leadership to identify cost reduction and revenue optimisation opportunities, translating findings into actionable plans.
● Maintain a transformation portfolio view, providing regular progress updates to the Sr. Director and Holding CEO.
Qualifications & Experience
● 7–8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) in a strategy, transformation, or management consulting capacity.
