Senior Manager – Strategy & Transformation – Business Consulting

As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in Business Consulting, you will help clients solve enterprise‑wide strategic, organizational, and operational issues by architecting solutions for complex problems.

• Define problems and hypothesize solutions.
• Facilitate client discussions and present proposed improvements.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consolidate findings to support implementation activities.
• Support business development activities, proposal writing, and knowledge‑building initiatives.

• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
• Foster, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships at appropriate levels.
• Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high‑quality work products within expected time frames and on budget.
• Develop a strong understanding of current strategy trends and processes and share knowledge to develop junior colleagues.
• Understand the client’s unique ambitions and needs and refer them to colleagues in other teams.
• Develop people and create a positive learning culture through supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance‑management activities.

• At least 8+ years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
• At least three years of experience in management consulting leading projects on strategy design, target operating model design, process improvement, and/or technology implementation.
• Proven track record in sales and business development for consulting work.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, report‑writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
• Strong drive to excel professionally.
• A graduate degree in business, finance, or a quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering) is preferred but not essential.

• Experience related to Gas/LNG markets, marketing and trading, supply chain, and operations in the oil and gas sector.
