Summary:

Ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are aligned with the local market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory environment across Qatar and Bahrain. This includes managing distributors, coordinating with headquarters and regional offices, and developing and executing business plans for both markets to drive growth and profitability.



DESCRIPTION:

  • Setting and monitoring budgets, revenue, and expenses for Qatar and Bahrain markets
  • Developing and implementing marketing, sales, and distribution strategies
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors across both markets, acting as the main point of contact
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and sales targets; implement corrective actions where needed
  • Logistics Optimization: Work closely with distributors to optimize delivery schedules, reduce lead times, and improve cost efficiencies
  • Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights across Qatar and Bahrain
  • Training and Support: Provide continuous training to distributors to ensure effective execution
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on performance, opportunities, and risks, and present recommendations to management

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, &

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Food FMCG sales and distributor management is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of distribution logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
