Sr Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery – Support end-to-end execution of strategy, business transformation, and corporate governance engagements.
• PMO Management – Drive PMO activities including project tracking, timeline monitoring, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Executive Reporting – Prepare high-quality executive-level presentations, dashboards, project updates, and strategic business recommendations.
• Data Insights – Conduct structured business analysis, analyze data, and build performance reports to optimize operational processes and support executive decision-making.
• Dashboard Development – Design and manage project plans, roadmaps, and status reports leveraging Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Stakeholder Management – Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align project objectives and drive successful implementation.
• Change Management – Contribute directly to organizational change management and business improvement initiatives.
