We're looking for a Senior Sales Product Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of our product tool systems, drive data-informed decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve our platform's efficiency and user experience.
What You'll Do Product System Operations- Own the daily operation of product tool systems, including financial reconciliation, API merchant onboarding, material management, and exception handling.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the technical team to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Collect, analyze, and report on product operation data to surface actionable insights and provide robust data support for product optimization decisions.
- Track key operational metrics and drive continuous improvements based on data findings.
- Participate in formulating and executing product operation strategies that drive the achievement of business goals.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured operational workflows and execution plans.
- Work closely with technical, commercial, and product teams to resolve operational challenges and align on priorities.
- Champion product usability improvements and contribute to enhancing the end-to-end user experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above with proven experience in product operations, sales operations, e-commerce operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, interpret, and act on operational data; SQL or similar data skills are a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with merchant onboarding, financial reconciliation, or API‑based product systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage exceptions and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
