• Analyze and resolve customer and internal stakeholder disputes and revenue adjustments accurately and on time.
• Review waiver and write-off requests to ensure compliance with authorization protocols.
• Identify root causes of revenue adjustments and recommend corrective actions to prevent leakage.
• Assess systems and process controls and report suspected revenue leakages to management.
• Monitor Early Warning Signal KPIs and dashboards to detect anomalies and risks.
• Support development and enhancement of Early Warning Signal tools across booking to payment stages.
• Drive continuous improvement of revenue integrity policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with cargo stakeholders to ensure adherence to revenue integrity frameworks globally.
• Analyze bookings, tariffs, and charges to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to KPI structures, target setting, and performance reporting.
• Support system testing for enhancements and bug fixes when required.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of cargo business, rates, tariffs, TACT rules, billing, and revenue processes.
• Experience in airline cargo or freight forwarding, preferably in revenue-related functions.
• Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, audit, and risk assessment skills with sound ethical judgment.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work across complex operational environments.
