- Extract, compile, and archive administrative data for heavy maintenance and MRO operations including overtime, deployment, and booked man-hours
- Support TRAX, AMOS, and ERP-related activities such as man-hour capture, NRC creation, spares picklists, and requisitions
- Prepare monthly capitalization reports for heavy maintenance, workshops, and MRO in collaboration with finance and maintenance management
- Manage and update SharePoint sites to enable KPI tracking and reporting for base maintenance stakeholders
- Coordinate with workshops, engine shop, technical GSE, and cabin appearance teams to collect required administrative data
- Analyze maintenance data using TRAX and Power BI, highlighting variances and issues to management
- Develop, manage, and update Power BI dashboards and analytical reports for heavy maintenance and MRO
- Support senior planning engineers with demand and capacity analysis
- Assist with short-term and long-term resource planning, including manpower mapping and visual mapping tasks
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Head of Department
- High school, vocational qualification, or diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Prior experience in a similar data analysis role within aircraft maintenance or MRO environments
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance fundamentals and MRO processes
- Experience working with aircraft maintenance data, AMM documentation, and related technical records
- Proficient in MS Office and computer applications with strong analytical capability
- Experience using Power BI and ERP systems such as TRAX or AMOS
- Ability to communicate effectively within a multicultural work environment
- Work within a world-class airline MRO and heavy maintenance environment
