Overview
We are seeking a high‑caliber multilingual Executive Assistant to operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership, combining executive support with analytical thinking, systems building, and business problem‑solving capabilities. This is not a traditional EA role. The successful candidate will function as a hybrid of Executive Assistant, Analyst, Operator, and Junior Chief of Staff, embedded deeply in both business and personal workflows as a force multiplier for executive decision‑making, structuring ambiguity, and driving execution through data, systems, and proactive ownership.
Responsibilities- Own and manage the Director's calendar as a strategic asset, prioritizing based on ROI and impact.
- Act as a gatekeeper for communications and decision flow.
- Prepare and review high‑level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with utmost discretion.
- Integrate and manage both professional and personal scheduling seamlessly.
- Conduct structured research on markets, companies, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare briefing notes, business summaries, and decision memos.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Build simple models, frameworks, and structured outputs to support decision‑making.
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows across email, calendar, CRM, and task management systems.
- Build dashboards and trackers using Notion, Excel, Airtable or similar tools.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and automation platforms to draft communications, summarize data, accelerate research, and identify inefficiencies and automate repetitive processes.
- Track strategic initiatives and ensure execution momentum.
- Coordinate across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Translate ideas into structured execution plans and ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met.
- Draft high‑quality emails, investor communications, internal memos, and reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, minutes, and follow‑ups; maintain clear, concise, and executive‑level communication standards.
- Manage complex international travel and logistics, coordinate meetings, leadership events, and executive engagements; handle personal matters with professionalism and confidentiality; align personal and business priorities across time zones.
- Education
- MBA (Business / Finance) – Strongly Preferred
- Degree in:
Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business / Finance, Commerce, LLB / Law
- Experience
- 3–6 years in:
Executive support to senior leadership;
Consulting / investment / startups / operations - Experience in project management and business analysis is required.
- Prior experience with Athena or similar high‑performance EA environments is a strong advantage.
