• Analyze and validate operational data to support proactive and reactive performance management within airport operations control
• Develop consolidated dashboards to monitor resource allocation, operational actions, and performance trends
• Produce timely and accurate KPI reports highlighting risks, improvement areas, and performance gaps
• Design and automate operational monitoring processes to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities in airport operations
• Present analytical findings through management reports, business cases, and structured presentations
• Support application deployment and process design to achieve high performance operational solutions
• Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to enhance overall operational reporting capabilities
• Provide training and guidance to operations teams on data usage and reporting systems
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly operational meetings to align analytics with business objectives
• Assist in system optimization including database performance tuning and operational database management

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience in airport operations or operations control environments
• Experience working within Airport Operations Control Centres or similar operational command environments
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Power BI
• Familiarity with Airport Operations Systems and Airport Operational Databases
• Experience in database management, security, and performance optimization
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies and automation techniques
• Knowledge of software development fundamentals and system administration principles
