The Corporate Planning Analyst works within the Corporate Planning team to support strategic analysis, network planning, scheduling, and fleet-related initiatives.
The role contributes to evaluating new and existing routes, optimizing capacity allocation, supporting long-term network and fleet plans, and preparing insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities Network Planning and Scheduling- Support evaluation and development of short- and long-term schedules and business cases for new and existing routes
- Analyze profitability and optimize capacity allocation across the network, including frequency changes, aircraft deployment, retiming, and structural adjustments
- Produce and maintain standard scheduling and planning KPI reports
- Coordinate capacity changes with operational departments, airports, and slot coordinators
- Support synchronization of marketing and operational codeshares with partner airlines
- Develop strong expertise in network planning and scheduling concepts
- Conduct market research and analytical studies to support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc requests
- Contribute to long-term network planning aligned with corporate objectives
- Maintain and distribute customized reports on network performance, fleet plans, and competitive landscape
- Update fleet planning databases and prepare outputs for internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing presentations and briefing materials for senior management
- Monitor and summarize relevant aviation industry trends and circulate insights internally
- Build expertise across corporate strategy and fleet planning disciplines
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Aviation, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
- Entry-level role with no prior job-related experience required
- Good understanding of commercial aviation, strategic planning, and business management principles
- Knowledge of analytical, modeling, and data processing techniques is desirable
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with data in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
