• Author and maintain accurate process manuals in collaboration with stakeholders
• Review and redesign business processes to meet project and operational objectives
• Develop business workflows aligned with IT system implementations
• Conduct gap analysis and process audits to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions to promote best practices
• Translate complex operations into clear process diagrams and written documentation
• Ensure alignment between all impacted manuals and departments following any changes
• Maintain a registry of improvement initiatives and track implementation impact
• Assist in developing scalable, standardized procedures across the Flight Operations division
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset across operational and support teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process design, business analysis, or operations management
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPM) methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Skilled in facilitating JAD sessions and working with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to analyze systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Experience in integrating new processes into policy and procedural manuals
• Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving
