Role Summary | ملخص الوظيفةWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our customer base across Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, business development, partnership management, and revenue growth within technology, service, logistics, or platform-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners
- Generate B2B and enterprise sales opportunities
- Manage sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer acquisition and retention
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales management
- Experience in technology, service platforms, logistics, marketplaces, or related industries
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Professional fluency in Arabic required
- Good English and Arabic communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Experience managing client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Legally authorized to work in Qatar
- Full-time office-based position in Doha, Qatar
