Qatar Airways Cargo is hiring a Cargo Revenue Optimization Strategy Specialist in Doha, Qatar to drive process improvement, digital transformation, and system enhancement initiatives within the Cargo Revenue Optimization department. This role supports strategic delivery projects aimed at strengthening revenue performance, operational efficiency, and end-to-end cargo digitalization.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
- Identify process inefficiencies and system improvement opportunities within cargo revenue operations
- Map current processes and eliminate non-value-added activities
- Analyse operational data to measure performance and recommend data-driven enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess process parameters and optimization potential
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of improvements
- Establish KPIs to monitor impact and track continuous performance gains
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and refine strategies as needed
- Support digital transformation initiatives including system automation and workflow enhancements
- High School Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience
- Proven experience in process improvement, reengineering, digital transformation, or project management
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience managing system or application enhancement projects independently
- Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
- Experience with in the cargo or air freight industry preferred
- Exposure to automation tools such as workflows, RPA, chatbots, or AI solutions is an advantage
