Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with senior management to align business objectives.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Gulf market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in business development and market expansion.
- Knowledge of the Qatar market is an added advantage.
- One month salary will be charged as recruitment fee.
- 50% payment upon candidate joining.
- Remaining 50% payment within 40 days of candidate joining.
- 90 days replacement guarantee applicable.
