Overview

Senior Manager - Strategy & Transformation – Business Consulting. As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in Business Consulting you will be part of the team that helps clients solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational, and operational issues by architecting solutions for complex problems. The focus activities relate to translating strategy, redesigning operating models, transforming the operations and processes, and improving overall business performance.

You will be expected to define problems and hypothesize solutions, facilitate client discussions, and present proposed improvements. You will perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purposes and consolidate findings to support implementation activities. Our consultants work beyond client work, and you would be expected to support on business development activities, proposal writing, and knowledge-building activities.

• Define problems and hypothesize solutions; facilitate client discussions; present proposed improvements.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purposes and consolidate findings to support implementation activities.
• Support business development activities, proposal writing, and knowledge-building activities.
• Work with clients to translate strategy into actionable operating models and process improvements; contribute to delivering high-quality client work within time frames and budget.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at appropriate levels.

• At least 8 years of experience in the oil and gas sector; experience related to Gas LNG markets, marketing and trading, supply chain, and operations is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in management consulting, leading projects on strategy design, target operating model design, process improvement, and/or technology implementation.
• Proven track record in sales and business development for consulting work.
• Good command of spoken and written English; strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong drive to excel professionally and strong senior stakeholder management skills.
• An undergraduate degree; graduate degree preferred in business, finance, or other quantitative disciplines (e.g., engineering) is preferred but not essential.
• Ideally, strong understanding of gas/LNG markets and related operations within the oil and gas sector.
