Registration Operations & Case Handling
- Process and validate taxpayer e-invoicing registration and onboarding requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved business and procedural requirements.
- Coordinate with internal operational, policy, and technical teams to resolve registration or onboarding issues and support timely activation on the e-invoicing system.
- Prepare clear case summaries and business documentation for complex or escalated e-invoicing onboarding cases.
- Update and maintain e-invoicing registration and onboarding records, ensuring consistency between the e-invoicing register and the Dhareeba taxpayer filing platform.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or mismatches in taxpayer onboarding information and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Apply approved data standards and maintain accurate, auditable registration documentation, without performing system configuration or technical changes.
- Apply and refine e-invoicing registration and onboarding procedures, checklists, and templates to support consistent business processing.
- Provide operational feedback on registration and onboarding procedures based on observed issues, taxpayer queries, and rollout experience.
- Support team knowledge sharing and readiness activities related to e-invoicing registration operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs related to e-invoicing registration and onboarding, such as processing timelines, activation progress, and case volumes.
- Prepare operational performance summaries and onboarding status updates for management review.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, clarity, and taxpayer experience during e-invoicing onboarding.
- Act as a business coordination point between taxpayers, operations, policy, and technical teams on e-invoicing registration and onboarding matters.
- Support preparation of clear taxpayer-facing guidance, FAQs, and responses related to e-invoicing registration and onboarding, including alignment with Dhareeba filing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Taxation, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- 9+ years’ experience in taxpayer registration, onboarding, or related operations in government or public‑sector environments.
- Strong understanding of registration procedures, data management, and taxpayer service practices.
- Proficiency in application review, data updating, and registration process management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication and attention to accuracy and service standards.
