Assistant Operations – Part Time – Qatari National

Responsibilities
  • Handle all day-to-day operations related to Fund Service (FS) and Global Custody (GC) business.
  • Maintain awareness of Group Compliance Policy and operational risks.
  • Provide the highest standard of service to FS and GC clients and ensuring standardisation of processes is maintained and attained.
  • Comply with Group Audit and Internal Control standard.
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills / written documentation in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization of work tasks.
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capabilities.
  • University degree.
