Senior Procurement & Subcontract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional with 10–15 years of industry experience to manage end-to-end procurement and subcontract activities, including strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and commercial compliance.

• Lead procurement and subcontract management activities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and risk management requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and business objectives.
• Solid background in contract clauses management, contractual risk assessment, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of contract law, FIDIC conditions of contract, commercial contracting, and legal terminology.
• Knowledge of Incoterms (ICC)

• 10–15 years of relevant procurement/contracts experience.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, supply chain principles, and Incoterms.
• Excellent English communication skills;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPCM, CIPM, or CPP are preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
