Purpose
:
This position is responsible for assisting in coordinating accident repair processes, ensuring efficient restoration of damaged buses.

• Manage the entire accident repair process from initial booking to completion, ensuring seamless progression
• Coordinate repair workflow with technicians, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient & timely repairs
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards, verifying compliance with industry regulations and company standards

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records, documentation, and databases, ensuring precise information
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Engineering Team, supporting engineers with administrative tasks
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all engineering systems, verifying data for management reports

• Conduct thorough quality inspections, identifying and reporting defects or non-compliance
• Ensure regulatory compliance, adhering to laws, regulations, and company policies to prevent industrial accidents
• Maintain a safe working environment, implementing and enforcing safety protocols

• Communicate repair status with stakeholders, providing regular updates
• Foster collaborative relationships with depot management, departments, and external stakeholders
• Respond promptly to internal and external enquiries, addressing queries

• Monitor and analyze Daily Off‑Road status, labor efficiency, and material costs, tracking key performance indicators

• High School or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2 years in accident repair or related role within automotive industry

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
• I‑CAR (Inter‑Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) Certification
• Estimating and Repair Planning Certification
