Job Title - Strategic Planning Specialist
Location:
Qatar
Duration: 12+ Months.
General DescriptionDeveloping and implementing strategies and plans aimed at achieving the Ministry’s objectives, in addition to providing support in preparing key performance indicators, supporting the Manager of Strategic Planning to ensure the success of strategy implementation, and the achievement of long-term strategic goals.
Skills and Competences- Familiarity with all policies, procedures and systems related to the field of work
- Data Analysis:
The ability to analyze data and strategic information from multiple sources and interpret it to provide valuable insights to the organization and draw conclusions. - Planning and organization skill, the ability to organize work, set priorities, plan strategies and projects, and implement them in an organized manner. And daily business planning.
- Ability to work under pressure, face difficulties and problems, and manage multiple tasks.
- Computer skills and its applications.
- The ability to develop strategic goals and initiatives, design initiative management, and follow up on their implementation.
- Ability to develop organizational structure with strategic direction and define and implement policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in the Arabic language, spoken and written.
- Strategic vision:
The ability to think strategically and see the future, define strategic goals and develop plans to achieve them. - Specialized knowledge:
Extensive knowledge in the field of strategies, business management, marketing, finance, and other fields in one or more of the ministry’s areas of work.
