Qatar Airways supports flight operations by leading training analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting activities that optimize crew training planning, qualifications, and resource utilization.

• Lead and monitor crew training planning and qualification projects, tracking progress and recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of flight and cabin crew training data to identify trends and support decision making.
• Analyze training resource availability and requirements using improved statistical methods.
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to business units.
• Design and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and templates to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform business analysis on crew documentation, training completion, qualification expiry, and disruptions.
• Translate business requirements into system and reporting specifications through engagement with system owners and users.
• Maintain and validate data accuracy within training systems to ensure reliable reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within crew training planning and optimization.
• Manage multiple analytical tasks while maintaining accuracy and delivery timelines.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Background in manpower planning, reporting, or data analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• High attention to detail with consistent accuracy in reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong decision making based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven initiative in developing effective analytical reports.
