Summary:
Ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are aligned with the local market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory environment across Qatar. This includes managing distributors, coordinating with headquarters and regional offices, and developing and executing business plans to drive growth and profitability.
Description:Setting and monitoring budgets, revenue, and expenses for QatarDeveloping and implementing marketing, sales, and distribution strategiesRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, acting as the main point of contactPerformance Analysis: Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and sales targets; implement corrective actions where neededLogistics Optimization: Work closely with distributors to optimize delivery schedules, reduce lead times, and improve cost efficienciesMarket Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights across QatarTraining and Support: Provide continuous training to distributors to ensure effective executionReporting: Prepare regular reports on performance, opportunities, and risks, and present recommendations to managementQualifications, Experience &
