Responsibilities
  • build, establish and grow your client relationships within the HWN/UHNW segment
  • extensive networker, proven acquisition talent and passionate knowledge of the HWN /UHNW field
  • provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues in investment products and solutions teams.
  • extensive network in order to facilitate the acquisition of new HWN/UHNW clients
  • have a plan to develop the client book with measurable outcomes
  • experience in relationship management, asset gathering and investments, ideally 2-5+ years working in a client-facing role
  • firm grasp of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
  • ability to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind‑set
  • resilient team player and truly service oriented
  • aptitude for digitization and technology
  • keep accurate and up-to-date records
  • comply with all regulations, policies and standards to be in line with our risk management culture
Qualifications
  • minimum 5 years of proven experience in Private Banking as a Client Advisor dealing with FIMs, MFOs and Fund Managers or with HNW/UHNW clients
  • strong understanding of the regulatory framework and of financial markets
  • high level of risk awareness and commitment to quality standards
  • strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and expand strong client networks
  • resilient team player and with a service‑oriented approach
  • aptitude for digitization and technology to drive efficiency and innovation in client service
  • proficiency in English and Kazakh or Russian to support the regional client base
