Position: Lead – Partner Distribution (Non – Telco)

Position Summary:

The Lead – Partner Distribution (Non-Telco) will be responsible for driving TOD’s distribution partnerships across non-telco channels while supporting selected strategic distribution initiatives across the broader partnership ecosystem.

The role will focus on identifying, negotiating, launching, and managing commercial partnerships that support subscriber acquisition, revenue growth, market expansion, customer engagement, and monetization opportunities for TOD across the MENA region.

Working closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Content, and external partners, the role will support the development and execution of bundled offers, promotional campaigns, integrated distribution models, advertising and sponsorship opportunities, and partnership growth initiatives aligned with TOD’s commercial strategy.

The position requires a commercially driven and partnership-oriented professional with strong relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Experience working with telecommunications operators, digital platforms, OTT services, media businesses, device manufacturers, fintech providers, and large-scale commercial partners will be considered highly valuable.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding TOD’s commercial footprint, developing strategic partner relationships, and creating new revenue opportunities across distribution, monetization, and content partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development, acquisition, and management of TOD's distribution partnerships across non-telco channels and selected strategic distribution partners across the MENA region.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities with digital platforms, telecommunications operators, fintech companies, device manufacturers, retailers, banks, airlines, lifestyle brands, content aggregators, and strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Drive subscriber acquisition, revenue growth, and customer engagement through partnership-led commercial initiatives and bundled propositions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, distribution partnerships, promotional campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and monetization initiatives in coordination with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Own day-to-day commercial relationships with assigned partners and ensure the successful execution of partnership activities, campaigns, and contractual obligations.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Content teams to support the integration, launch, and optimization of partner propositions and commercial initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for advertising sales, sponsorship activation, product placement, and branded content initiatives through TOD's partner ecosystem and content portfolio.
  • Monitor partnership performance, subscriber contribution, revenue generation, commercial KPIs, and market trends to support continuous optimization and growth.
  • Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, major sporting events, sponsorship initiatives, and strategic commercial activations with partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between partnership strategy, content strategy, product roadmap, and TOD's broader commercial objectives.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, commercial business cases, management reporting, and executive updates to support decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Support regional expansion opportunities and the development of new commercial revenue streams related to OTT distribution, advertising, sponsorship, and partnership monetization.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partners while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and increase commercial value.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Media, Communications, Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant industry certifications considered an advantage.
