OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Reporting to the General Manager, this senior level role is mainly responsible for the end-to-end management of the LAB business portfolio, including strategy development, portfolio expansion, financial performance, supplier partnerships, and people leadership, to achieve and deliver sustainable business growth and long-term objectives in terms of profit and revenue in their product lines related to their specialty. In line with the unit and principal strategies.

The specialty manager is dedicated and focused on all lab related business and carries long experience related to the specialty – especially in systems, anatomy, and treatments from a vendor, customer and clinical background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Screen, select, onboard, and launch new brands and segments
  • Complete leadership on feasibility studies
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's laboratory products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Develop, lead and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons (laboratories), hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of lab products to potential customers.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and materials to communicate the value proposition of the company's lab products.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the company's lab products.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
