Pricing & Commercial Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Pricing & Commercial Analyst to manage product pricing, profitability analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing accuracy across a fast-growing e-commerce business.

The role is responsible for monitoring product costs, profit margins, competitor pricing, sales performance, and inventory movement to ensure products are priced competitively and profitably across all categories.

• Analyze product costs, shipping costs, and profit margins to determine selling prices
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends across relevant product categories
• Review and update pricing across the website to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify underpriced, overpriced, and low-margin products and recommend pricing adjustments
• Monitor product and category profitability and support margin improvement initiatives
• Analyze sales performance and customer purchasing behavior to support pricing decisions
• Support promotional campaigns, markdown strategies, and clearance activities
• Review slow-moving inventory and recommend pricing actions to improve sell-through
• Prepare pricing, margin, and profitability reports for management
• Maintain pricing trackers, competitor reports, and commercial dashboards

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, retail operations, merchandising, finance, or e-commerce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience working with large volumes of product data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
