• Must be a Qatari National
• Age must be between 17 and 21 years when applying for the scholarship program
• Should not have a First or Second degree relative, who is a QNB employee or sponsored student
• Hold a secondary school certificate with a percentage of not less than 70%, and in case the applicant is still studying and registered at university the cumulative average GPA score should be at least 3.0
• IELTS score of at least 5.5
• Unconditional acceptance offer from the approved university list by QNB
• Course track must be conducted in English (Exception for Law Programs)
• Pass the tests and interviews conducted by QNB
• Scholarship deferral is not permitted except under exceptional circumstances approved by QNB
