Responsibilities
- Serve as the central SME for channel strategy and execution excellence, providing specialized expertise, standardized playbooks, and a strategic second opinion to ensure regional consistency across OFTI markets.
- Design and execute Go‑To‑Market playbooks for product launches and commercial campaigns across Qatar, Oman, Tunisia, Maldives, and future markets, tailoring strategy to each market’s unique channel mix and competitive dynamics.
- Conduct ongoing channel performance gap analysis, diagnosing underperformance in physical distribution, agent networks, retail points, and proposing data‑backed corrective actions.
- Define and monitor partner telecoms channel KPIs, including agent productivity, digital acquisition cost, conversion rates, and distribution partner revenue contribution.
- Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence framework tracking competitor pricing, channel strategies, and promotional activity across all OFTI markets, and publish regular briefings.
- Act as the primary liaison between the OFTI Commercial team and local country commercial teams to ensure the OFTI strategy is contextualized, resourced, and executed at the market level.
- Manage and optimize distribution partner relationships, including benchmarking agent commission structures, onboarding processes, and exclusivity arrangements.
- Produce regular Market Health Reports aggregating channel and commercial performance data with prioritized recommendations for intervention.
- Design and implement data‑driven frameworks to track on‑ground activity performance, prioritizing quality of sales and conversion efficiency KPIs.
- Define and deliver a distribution network execution plan covering direct and indirect channels with rollout phases and geographic prioritization.
- Design a performance monitoring framework to track agent activation, transaction volumes, customer acquisition, and channel‑level contribution.
- Develop a market‑competitive commission model incentivizing quality sales, transaction growth, and sustainable channel economics.
- Stress test cash management processes across the distribution chain and deliver an improvement plan.
- Define KPIs measuring distribution channel effectiveness, including agent productivity, conversion rates, geographic coverage, and channel profitability.
- Adroit at navigating a matrix organization with professional maturity and interpersonal agility for driving alignment and execution across diverse teams.
- Highly effective problem‑solver able to move quickly from diagnosis to action in ambiguous, multi‑market environments.
- Strong commercial instincts combined with a disciplined analytical approach, comfortable presenting in boardrooms and visiting agent networks.
