Sadou Design is seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to support procurement activities, supplier coordination, purchase order processing, and shipment tracking.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple supplier communications and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Request quotations from approved suppliers.
- Compare supplier quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order status.
- Coordinate local and international shipments.
- Track deliveries and provide regular updates.
- Maintain supplier database and purchasing records.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding material requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules and report delays.
- Update procurement and shipment trackers.
- Support cost comparison and purchasing analysis.
- Experience in Purchasing, Procurement Support, Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain Support, or Order Management.
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in supplier coordination and shipment tracking.
