People Dynamics is seeking an experienced Head of Product (AI-Native) to lead product strategy, development, deployment, and adoption across a portfolio of innovative AI-driven ventures.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a product‑oriented builder who can bridge product vision and engineering execution while working closely with founders, customers, and technical teams to bring AI‑powered products from concept to market.

Lead product evaluation and selection, assessing market potential, scalability, and deployment readiness.

Define product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with customer and business objectives.

Drive products from discovery and MVP development through deployment and user adoption.

Collaborate with founders, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.

Establish and refine product standards, frameworks, and best practices to accelerate execution across multiple ventures.

Ensure products meet enterprise requirements, including scalability, security, usability, and operational effectiveness.

5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, SaaS, Startups, or Applied AI environments.

Proven experience delivering products end‑to‑end, from ideation and validation to launch and adoption.

Strong technical understanding combined with excellent product and business acumen.

Experience working with enterprise or institutional customers is highly preferred.

Ability to balance customer needs, commercial objectives, and product execution.

Customer‑focused and results‑driven mindset.

Strong ownership and decision‑making capabilities.

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments.

Practical, analytical, and execution‑oriented approach.
