Role - Business Analyst
Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, you will be a key IT team member responsible for gathering the business requirements, analyzing, documenting functional & interface specifications, and non-functional requirements, preparing test cases, and assisting the business team in user acceptance testing. You will be responsible for handling the first level of queries from the business team, analyzing it. You will work closely with project teams to ensure the software solution provided meets business requirements.
In this role, you'll leverage your knowledge of business requirements gathering and be instrumental in successfully implementing IT projects.
- Hands‑on experience in requirements analysis and documentation
- Good analytical skills and ability to foster teamwork among team members
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
